Crappy! Doesnt work!

Tried setting it up on my iPhone 6 Plus running IOS 9 like it says. Watch has latest updates too. Everything looks good on the phone but the watch shows the "personal" set up text.
Minimal instructions come with this app & its not intuitive.
I would like a refund please!
